We currently manage more than 1.3MM SF of office, retail and special use properties and approximately 35 acres of land ready for development, and with resources in accounting, engineering, marketing and more, we are a one-stop shop. Our team provides building & land management, facilities management, engineering and construction management, along with property marketing and accounting services. We currently manage properties and facilities from Downtown Chicago to DuPage County, including special-use properties.
